A few notes about the things in and around the home to make your stay more pleasurable.

The kitchen has a few appliances such as a crock pot, a griddle, an electric and manual can opener, a blender, a mixer, etc. Just poke around the cabinets and you will find a French coffee press, a stock pot, a roasting pan, a tea pitcher, insulated cups, cozies, measuring cups, bakeware etc. We have a grill in the Lanui, grilling utensils are in the drawer in the kitchen and a coal bucket for cleaning out the grill when it is cold. You may dump the coals in the fire pit located on the other side of the home.

Our kayaks, paddles and kayak beach transporters are out behind the Lanui in the fenced back yard where you will also find an outdoor shower.

You may also use our bikes and fishing poles. You will find two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a fan we use in the Lanui. 

We have life jackets, beach games, beach ball, hammock for the beach side hammock stand and sand castle building buckets and shapes. 

There is a retractable clothes line in the Lanui if you wish to hang your towels and suits to dry. 

In the master suite you will find a full size washer and dryer. 

We have city water, and a septic tank.

Above the washer and dryer you will find a beach bag complete with beach towels. On this shelf you will also find some “not so good towels” if you need to wipe up spills or very dirty items. There is also a linen table cloth for the dining table. 

There is a box fan in the master closet as well as a twin size air mattress with sheets, an ironing board and iron, and a clothes steamer and hangers.

We have Dish as a cable provider, and we have Wifi. The password is on the “Lazy Dolphin” router in the living room, next to the phone AI compatible charging pad. 

The living room and master bedroom tv’s have cable. The extra bedroom has a Roku for using your Netflix, Amazon, YouTube or Hulu account if you wish, no cable or antenna – internet TV only. We have several movies and board games for those times when Mother Nature is not being cooperative during your vacation. Smoking is permitted in the Lanui area. 

We have a blue recycling can for your recyclable cans,  and we use a local exterminator.

 We have installed tight bug screens in the Lanui to give you hours of pleasure without biting bugs.  You may use the tiki torches on the front porch too.

Directly in front of the driveway is a walk over mini bridge for beach access. The beach for this house extends from the side of the house to the end of the wooded lot next to the house. This is a private beach for this home. You can fish, swim, or just sit and relax in the sun, watch the sunrise to your left and sunset to your right and listen to the surf – on your private beach.
